These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all orders placed for products and services. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

2. Products and Services
16 Handles offers frozen yogurt, soft-serve ice cream, beverages, bubble tea, toppings, and related food products, available for order online. Pricing for each item is displayed at checkout and may vary by location. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
3. Order Acceptance & Terms of Purchase
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by 16 Handles and/or the participating franchise location fulfilling your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made at the time of order using a valid payment card or accepted payment method. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Delivery / Pickup Policy
Orders may be available for in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or delivery (where applicable). Availability of delivery depends on store participation and third-party service providers. Delivery times are estimates only. 16 Handles is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final once prepared by the store. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact the store directly or email support@16handles.com within 24 hours. Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the store or 16 Handles. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
