Fall Community Day

October 15, 2014

We all have seen (or maybe even participated in) the holiday food drives in our schools and towns. Where are those cans and boxes going after we’ve dropped them into the donation box? In the Capital Region, much of this food makes its way to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. The Food Bank supplies countless local organizations with the food required to help those in need. As the weather gets colder weather and the holiday season approaches, the Food Bank’s needs increase.

With this in mind, 16 Handles Glenmont has partnered with the Regional Food Bank for our Fall Community Day on Sunday, October 19thEnjoy 16% off frozen yogurt all day, plus prize raffles, face-painting, Halloween movies, and live entertainment from our DJ! It’s sure to be a fun day for all, and a portion of every fro-yo purchase goes to benefit the Food Bank. Join us as we celebrate the season and give back to our community!
